* OWEB Small Grant program
        - This grant program funded by the state focuses on smaller conservation needs that can be quickly reviewed,              evaluated, and funded. The current upper limit on Small Grants is $20,000 per project.

* Fin Safe Fish Screening program
       
- This cost-share grant supports local irrigators who may need, or want a new fish screen for their pumps.                    Landowners who draw their water directly from waters below Bowman and Ochoco dams are eligible.
          Contact the council if you, or someone you know is interested in learning more. ​
